Home Buyer
You pay a one-time engagement fee of $2,900, which is valid for up to 6 months.

When we successfully help you purchase a property, a success fee of $12,000 becomes payable.

If we don’t secure a property for you within the 6-month period, no additional fees are charged.
Auction Bidding
An initial payment of $660 to attend and bid on your behalf, and an additional $660, we are the successful purchasers. ​
Property Investors
You’ll pay a one-time engagement fee of $2,900, and the remaining $7,000 is due only upon a successful property exchange.
